Heroes of might and magic 1 part 9

I lost a recording between previous and this part. But you didn't miss much. In the lost part few times I had to restart mission because I had no chance of winning. This mission is really kicking my ass. In previous missions I had minimal problems but so far this one is far more challenging. I tried attacking fast, I tried waiting and building a strong army, I tried attacking nearby neutral towns before going into enemy lands... But so far nothing is really working. In this part I also fail a lot. In the end I managed to defend my home castle but even that was a bitter victory because it seems that will likely have to restart mission again. So far I really don't like this mission. Where are too many towns and defending them all and attacking at the same time is hard. Also enemies can come from multiple directions. Well at least so far no one is attacking me from water...
