Lo que me llevó a tratar el tema de las delegaciones de HP, el cual verán en el vídeo, son los despropósitos que incurren los Hivers a la hora de usar las delegaciones. Las recomendaciones sugeridas acá son de mi entera responsabilidad y las hago basadas en mi experiencia personal. Creo firmemente, que las delegaciones deben ser parte del quehacer de delfines, orcas y ballenas; el resto del ecosistema no debería preocuparse por ellas.
