Lessons from the mass inductrination day 8 held on the 23rd January 2022 via zoom

It was a great time listening to great teaching from bro Eli. A lot of lessons were learnt and I just want to share few from the lessons.

Some of the important points learned from the words of God discussed in the Zoom meeting are:

• The commandment of God is to do good to all especially those in the household of faith.
• If an enemy is also in need, we should help him or her out. If we can do good to our enemies, how much more to our friends and family.
• We have an obligation to do good to all.
• As light, we are suppose to give light and the way to give light is stated in Philippians 2 vs 16
• Our way of life and manner of life can give light to people in darkness
• God gave us the obligation to be the light of the world so that men will know that there is one true God and men will glorify Him.
• God want us to be instrument for His righteousness o bear fruit.
• We will be able to win people because of our righteousness.

My former beliefs or expectation that was improved for listening at the Zoom meeting

From the zoom Meeting, we are made to understand that we should do good to all including our enemies. It is an obligation to do good to all.

Ways in which the study affect us that can make us a better person that we can use in our daily lives

We are light and we have been called to give light to others in darkness. And according to philippians 2:16 we are to hold forth the word of life. When we also do good to other including our enemies, people will see the light in us and learn from us.
