Lessons from the Bible Exposition held on 30th September 2021 via zoom

Today I joined the the Bible Exposition via zoom and I learnt a lot from the questions asked and the answer given by bro Eli.

Question - Is it right for someone to ask for forgiveness when he is about to die?
Answer - It is not right to ask for forgiveness when we are about to die. It is like taking advantage because you have time to serve God and you refuse.

Proverbs 1:24-29 KJV
Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; [25] But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: [26] I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; [27] When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Question - Aside of the holy Bible, is there another source of prove for salvation of souls?
Answer - The Bible is a book that came from God. There are things written in the Bible that cannot be written by human wisdom. No book in the world can tell what will happen in 3000 year to come. There is no other book that can be compared with the Bible.

Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, [10] Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

Question - Is it right to live together without marriage ceremony?
Answer - It is not the ceremony that is important but the sincerity of both parties. There is no account of marriage ceremony in the Bible.

Question - Is it bi li al to go through surgery?
Answer - It is biblical because God also performed surgery.
