Lessons from the Prayer Meeting held on the 24th August 2021 via zoom

Keeping the Commandments of God into our hearts is important to learn to do good work. It is not only enough to keep God's commandments in heart, we must also practice the good work.

Jeremiah 17:10 KJV
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

The good that we do should be in accordance to the will of God, else it will not be accepted by God.

Genesis 4:7 KJV
If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

We should not be doing good for our own self but for the righteousness of God.

Everything we do come from the heart and God sees our heart. God will accept us if we do if we do good work that He has prepared for us.

If we do good work according to God's will, it will make us perfect. Our good work will not result to evil.

If we do good and our heart is evil, God will not accept our good. Some people do good with the intention of evil.

If we continue with our good work, God will reward us with eternal life.
