In this video, I analyzed the points explained by bro Eli in the video titled "What is the faith of the thief on the cross written in Luke 23:42-43? (Part 4 of 7)". You can watch the original video here: https://hive.blog/hive-182074/@fatimajunio/dsiapzfp
John 14:12 KJV
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
According to bro Eli. This verse is talking about the importance of time.
Apostle Paul did more that what Jesus did. Jesus only spent 3 years doing good things. The thief on the cross only had few minutes to live and cannot join the people to sing praises to the Lord.
Psalm 92:1 KJV
It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord , and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
The faith of the thief is sufficient to enter paradise.
2 Timothy 3:17 KJV
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
Philippians 2:13 KJV
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
To do God's will, God must be with you to do good.
John 15:5 KJV
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Without God, we can do nothing.
Hebrews 6:10 KJV
For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
Doing God's work with love cannot be a filthy rag.
