Colossians 3:19 KJV
Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.

Husbands are to love their wives and not to curse their wives.

Proverbs 20:7 KJV
The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.

We are to teach our children to do good and be example to them.

Ephesians 6:6 KJV
Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

We should make sure that we do good and it comes for our hearts. God knows our heart.

John 5:28-29 KJV
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, [29] And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

We must prefer eternal life to eternal death.
Good will judge us according to our good deeds.

Revelation 20:12 KJV
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

For God to listen to us, we must continue doing the good work He has ordained us to work in.

2 Kings 20:3 KJV
I beseech thee, O Lord , remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.

We need to be patient and also to help one another.

Galatians 6:9 KJV
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

We need to hold on to the word of God. When people hate us, that does not mean we should stop doing good.
