Aging: Ever wonder why young people are aging so fast? Here is why.

There must have come a time in our life where we wonder "isnt he just 15year old?" "why is he looking older than his age?" You see, some people migh say "we are in the computer generation" which they mostly tag as GenZ but does that amount to people aging so fast because the world is evolving so fast technologically wise. This has become a concern to me and I think it should become a concern to you too. What is the reason the current generation are aging so fast.

People of 25 years of age are looking like people of 30 years of age and some even look older. Can we considerthat fast growth. The back side of this is that, we are not growing but our mind and body are growing. When this happen, the homones in our body wont care to know our exact age, but inside they would work according to the signal passed through time. Some people might be 40 years of age and the body system is already calculating 50 years of age. This is one of the reason many people die young before they achieve anything.

What can be the cause?
In the video, I explained the possible cause for all this, most of them are man made and also because we don't care about ourselves. Some people health are so good they don't even bother to check their health status. You might be nursing a sickness without even knowing. Eating the right food also helps, the substance we take into our body recently are not even checked. Most people don't care to read labels or ingredients of making some people, all they do is buy and gulp it down their throat. Life is more than that, the mortality rate is dropping but because people are producting more children, we fail to see this.

Many teenagers and youth are dying today, the rate in which the younger people are dying is more than that of the older people. Watch the video, lets share some ideas so we can learn from each other.
