    Sigo entrenando y aprendiendo de las rutinas, además de disfrutar de las instalaciones del gimnasio que me tiene enamorada y que es parte de la motivación de cada día.

    Hoy me tomé el tiempo para editar un corto video, me gusta mucho este formato porque es un reto mostrar contenido en menos de un segundo. Contenido real. Esta oportunidad hice estas tomas mientras hacía isquiotibiales en la máquina.

    En esta oportunidad aumenté un tantito de peso, por eso me costaba un poco la subida. Cada cierto tiempo aumento de peso, no es muy constante porque cuesta dominar de un peso a otro mas elevado.

    Hacer las tomas se ha vuelto toda una logística, el tema principal es para que mis compañeros no salgan en ellas. Cada vez que hago una foto o un video trato de ser cuidadosa en ello.

    Me gusta trabajar esta máquina combinada con al menos dos ejercicios más. Hoy combiné con zumo y sentí que quedé bien entrenada.
