Saludos comunidad de Hive food, hoy les traigo una simple pero deliciosa lasagna de acelga y ricota que solemos comer en mi casa al menos una vez al mes aunque últimamente se está haciendo más habitual comerla. Les comparto los ingredientes que utilizo tanto para la salsa como para el relleno.

Greetings Hive food community, today I bring you a simple but delicious chard and ricotta lasagna that we usually eat in my house at least once a month although lately it is becoming more common to eat it. I share with you the ingredients I use for both the sauce and the filling.

La acelga obviamente la cocino aparte porque lleva su proceso pero el resto lo cocino todo junto. Algunas personas cocinan la salsa aparte pero yo lo hago al momento de cocinar las láminas para que no absorba tanto el jugo y no se seque, ¿ustedes como preparan la salsa, antes o después? De cualquier forma creo que quedara deliciosa.

I obviously cook the chard separately because it takes its own process, but the rest I cook all together. Some people cook the sauce separately but I do it at the moment of cooking the slices so that it doesn't absorb so much juice and doesn't dry out. How do you prepare the sauce, before or after? Either way I think it will be delicious.

Finalmente en esta receta Buhito me ayudo a cocinar, licuo los tomates mientras yo me encargaba del resto así que me ahorre un montón de tiempo, pero aun así les quiero contar mis momentos torpes.

• Mientras trataba de colocarle el relleno, se me resbalo el tupper y se me cayó dentro de la lasagna, quien logre ver el momento se gana una visita de Buhito.

• También se me cayó la ricota y se me desparramo por todos lados, incluso sobre los azulejos de la cocina, espero no se noten en el video, hasta Buhito se llevó una salpicada de ricota.

• Otra cosa que se me cayó fue el trípode y esta si me dolió porque tenía mi celular allí. En un intento de agarrar un condimento, me choque el brazo contra una de las patas del trípode y se cayó.

Finally in this recipe Buhito helped me cook, he blended the tomatoes while I took care of the rest so I saved a lot of time, but I still want to tell you about my clumsy moments.

• While I was trying to put the filling, my tupper slipped and fell into the lasagna, whoever manages to see the moment wins a visit from Buhito.

• I also dropped the ricotta and it spilled all over the place, even on the kitchen tiles, I hope you can't see it in the video, even Buhito got a splash of ricotta.

• Another thing I dropped was the tripod and this one really hurt because I had my cell phone there. In an attempt to grab a condiment, I bumped my arm against one of the legs of the tripod and it fell.

Accidentes inocentes que siempre ocurren mientras uno está cocinando pero quedan como anécdota. Fuera de eso, me resulto muy sencillo realizarla y en menos tiempo del que esperaba así que solo resta disfrutar de un delicioso plato de lasagna en familia que por cierto amamos esta receta.

Innocent accidents that always happen while you are cooking but remain as an anecdote. Other than that, I found it very easy to make and in less time than I expected, so all that's left is to enjoy a delicious lasagna dish with my family, who by the way love this recipe.
