Greetings to the Hive music community. I tried to perform the piece "The Great Shah's Voice" with "cura", an ancient member of the baglama family. Although the cura is an instrument known especially in Anatolia, I can say that it is also known by other names in the surrounding geography. It is known as "tanboor" in Ahl-e Haqq community and "dootar" in Khorasan. The poem belongs to Pir Sultan Abdal, one of the poets of the region, and its composition is traditional and anonymous. In a bird called crane
His staff is in the Nile
His cardigan belongs to a dervish

The nile river rippled
My health also got worse
His gaze remained on the lion
Also rams fight like him

Pir sultan says where is he?
Our selfs awaits him
Somewhere beyond Yemen
Duldul still at the war

Hive müzik topluluğuna selamlar. Bağlama ailesinin kadim bir üyesi olan "cura" ile "Hazret-i Şah'ın Avazı" adlı eseri icra etmeye çalıştım. Cura özellikle Anadolu'da bilinen bir enstrüman olsa da çevre coğrafyada da başka isimlerle anıldığını söyleyebilirim. Ehl-i Hak cemaatinde "tanbur" Horasan'da ise "dutar" olarak bilinmektedir. Eser ise yörenin ozanlarından Pir Sultan Abdal'a aittir ve bestesi gelenekseldir, anonimdir. Umarım beğeniyle dinlersiniz. Görüşmek üzere!
