    Hora de tomar nuestro bastón (o en su defecto el mejor palo de escoba que tengas por casa) y ejercitar, nuevamente trabajaremos con circuitos con una rutina intensa donde el principal impacto sera en hombros, oblicuos y biceps. La tecnica es importante, intenta seguir correctamente los movimientos y contraer el abdomen en todo momento para que resulte más efectivo nuestro entrenamiento de hoy.
