    ¡Hey gente!, seguro ha sido un día estresante para todos viendo tantos números rojos en el mercado 😂, para olvidar esta terrible pesadilla les traigo esta rutina de espalda en casa utilizando un par de mancuernas o en mi caso envases llenos de agua, son pocas las variaciones que podemos realizar sin utilizar poleas o una barra fija pero no es imposible ejercitar sin esas herramientas.

    Se han vuelto parte importante de mi blog estas botellas, podemos trabajar casi con cualquier cosa en casa a la hora de hacer ejercicio, eso lo he aprendido en el transcurso del presente año. De nuevo vuelvo a trabajar con 4 sets y el número de repeticiones que se especifica en las imagenes, aunque seguramente lo proximo que vean esta semana si que seran circuitos.

    He conseguido perder aproximadamente 3,6kg desde que empece a entrenar nuevamente, estoy muy feliz con los resultados, he logrado mantener un buen porcentaje de volumen en brazos y piernas eliminando en su mayoría solo grasa localizada, aunque la ultima semana no volví a cuidar las comidas que es basicamente el 60% de todo el proceso... Si, la alimentación es lo más importante si queremos resultados rapidos amigos.
