    Como les comente, las rutinas de cardio seran algo mucho más común en el blog porque realmente necesito fortalecer dicha zona, durante estos tres meses he priorizado el entrenamiento de brazos y piernas pero siento que ya es momento de balancear y trabajar este grupo muscular a pesar de que no sea mi momento favorito de los entrenos. Algunos días serán más intensos que otros, hoy quise hacer un circuito con un nivel basico, haremos cardio y a su vez trabajaremos oblicuos y la zona media del abdomen.

    No vamos a necesitar nada extra (toallas, botellas, bastones,etc...) solo debemos tener energía para repetir este circuito un total de cuatro veces, como siempre que trabajamos de esta manera intentaremos reducir al minimo posible los tiempos de descanso entre ejercicio y tomaremos un "break" unicamente al culminar un circuito e iniciar otro, tampoco debemos abusar, me refiero a que no vas a tomarte 10 minutos para retomar el entrenamiento, eso no tendría sentido.

    Los ejercicios son ideales para alguna persona que apenas inicie en el entrenamiento y tenga como objetivo perder un par de kilos, podria repetirse al menos 3 veces por semana y junto a un buen plan alimenticio seria más que suficiente, claro, en el caso de que solo busques rebajar, para definir o aumentar volumen es otra historia.
