Este fin de semana aproveche de subir nuevamente a la montaña que queda cerca de casa, este tipo de cardio es mi favorito, soy amante de las caminatas en la naturaleza, unos de mis hobbies es el trekking, las rutas largas de montaña además de ser saludables me ayudan a despejar la mente de los problemas. Tengo la suerte de tener un lugar así a solo minutos de mi casa.
This weekend I took the opportunity to climb again to the mountain that is close to home, this type of cardio is my favorite, I am a lover of nature walks, one of my hobbies is trekking, long mountain routes besides being healthy help me to clear my mind of problems. No es la primera vez que les hablo de este sitio, por lo que he visto ya no sube nadie allí, apenas y vimos a las personas que viven en ese sector pero para nada es como antes, a inicio de pandemia estaba repleto de gente a horas de la tarde y especialmente los fin de semana. No use cronometro esta vez, preferí ir poco a poco hablando con mi amigo @edgarafernandezp

Estuve yendo seguido hace un mes y medio, desde entonces mi cardio ha mejorado mucho, no representa el mismo reto de antes ascender por esas calles empinadas aunque claro, acelerando el paso la historia es totalmente diferente, lo proximo que deberia hacer es intentar subir trotando pero la verdad no se si quiero llegar a tal punto, mi idea no es perder volumen en todo el cuerpo, quisiera solo eliminar la grasa localizada.
I've been going there a month and a half ago, since then my cardio has improved a lot, it's not the same challenge as before to go up those steep streets, although of course, speeding up the pace the story is totally different, the next thing I should do is try to go up jogging but the truth is I don't know if I want to get to that point, my idea is not to lose volume in the whole body, I would just like to eliminate localized fat. |
