    Vamos a hacer cardio sin pausa, hoy dejaremos sudor en el suelo, los ejercicios son sencillos y la clave para todos ellos es: Nunca dejar de moverse e intentar contraer el abdomen en todo momento. La rutina esta pensada para quemar calorías, es un full body donde activaremos todos los grupos musculares, algunos en mayor medida que otros, en su mayoria son movimientos de pie.

    No debemos detenernos entre ejercicios y en caso tal de querer descansar lo mejor es seguir moviendonos de lado a lado con los pies... Importante no frenar paulatinamente, ¡aquí no para nadie!, lo mismo entre circuitos, lo ideal es no descansar nada entre ellos, pero probablemente en los ultimos 2 sets ya estes agotado, en ese punto si que puedes parar de mover los brazos y tomar uno o dos minutos yendo de lado a lado con las piernas.

    Intenta hacer 3 o 4 veces el circuito, a partir de allí si logras hacer más todo sera ganancia... Claro, en el caso de que busques perder peso, si solo utilizas rutinas de este estilo para calentar o incluso para terminar luego de una rutina con pesas con solo hacer 2 veces seria suficiente.
