    He tenido algunos días complicados, bueno, de hecho llevo así unos dos meses y en gran parte se debe a los racionamientos electricos que parecen no tener fin, hoy en un intento de mejorar animicamente organice una rutina de hombros con envases llenos de agua, vamos a hacer variaciones diferentes a las anteriores y trabajamos con sets, no con circuitos, es decir 4 sets por el número de repeticiones que se encuentra en cada imagen.
