    Continuamos con el cardio, esta vez haremos una rutina variada para trabajar diferentes grupos muscualares (hombros, abdomen y piernas) utilizando mancuernas o en este caso envases llenos de agua, trabajaremos en circuito e intentaremos repetirlo un total de 4 veces, el nivel de dificultad es realmente bajo, recomiendo utilizar esta rutina luego de un entrenamiento con pesas cuando queremos dedicar unos 15 minutos al cardio.

    La clave es intentar mantenernos en movimiento durante toda la rutina, aunque nos tomemos un break entre circuitos podemos realizar un trote suave en el sitio, el objetivo es quemar energías y calorias, entre más velocidad sera mayor la efectividad. Yo utilice un peso de 2 kilogramos lo cual me parece suficiente pues queremos tonificar, como siempre les digo: Menor carga y más repeticiones.

I used a weight of 2 kilograms which I think is enough because we want to tone up, as I always say: Less load and more repetitions.

    Algo que olvide agregar serian los jumping jacks, que desde mi punto de vista es de los ejercicios aerobicos más completos, así que si sientes que al entrenamiento le hace falta un extra considera el agregarlo.

    Something I forgot to add would be jumping jacks, which from my point of view is one of the most complete aerobic exercises, so if you feel the workout is missing an extra, consider adding it.
