    Hoy incluimos golpes a la rutina, podemos hacer cardio de muchas formas, la clave es siempre mantener el cuerpo en movimiento, necesitamos sudar, quemar calorias, gastar energías... No es necesario limitarnos a hacer sentadillas o los tipicos burpees, se puede organizar algo mucho más dinamico y divertido para ejercitar.

    Claro, no soy un experto en artes marciales o algo por el estilo, añadí golpes supremamente basicos a movimientos comunes en mis rutinas de cardio, seguimos esta semana con la dinamica de trabajar por sets y no circuitos, es decir que vamos a repetir 4 sets de cada ejercicio por la cantidad de repeticiones que se especifican en las imagenes.

No creo que sea necesario explicar nada, con solo ver el video y seguir el movimiento de pies y brazos sera suficiente, la verdad es que no tienen un gran nivel de complejidad.
