    La meta de reducir la grasa focalizada sigue en pie, me estoy tomando algunos días de la semana para hacer cardio y abdomen, especialmente ejercicios que tengan mayor impacto en la zona de los oblicuos pues de donde por genetica tiendo a ganar mayor porcentaje de grasa. Aún sigue sin gustarme nada hacer ciurcuitos de abdomen, pero es necesario justo ahora para lograr los resultados que quiero.

    The goal of reducing focused fat is still in place, I am taking some days of the week to do cardio and abdominal exercises, especially exercises that have more impact on the oblique area because that's where by genetics I tend to gain a higher percentage of fat. I still don't like doing abdominal circuits, but it's necessary right now to achieve the results I want.

    Fue una semana productiva, no tuve ninguna inasistencia en el gym, además de que después de cada entrenamiento me quedo con ese dolor sano en los musculos, que me indica que estoy por buen camino, la otra semana tengo pensado comprar una proteina, ya les hablaré más adelante de ello, quiero hacer algunas mejoras en cuanto a la nutrición, por lo menos en el corto plazo.

    It was a productive week, I had no absences in the gym, besides that after each workout I am left with that healthy pain in the muscles, which tells me that I am on the right track, the other week I plan to buy a protein, I will tell you more about it later, I want to make some improvements in terms of nutrition, at least in the short term.

    Hice un circuito de 5 ejercicios y lo repetí un total de 4 veces con poco tiempo de descanso entre cada set, a exepción del ultimo, para poder realizarlo me tome un poco más de cinco minutos porque sentia que no lo iba a lograr, sin embargo los otros 3 si que los cumpli al pie de la letra, esta vez entrene de noche pues llegue tarde a casa, además de que tengo la esperanza de que me de sueño mucho antes debido al agotamiento.

    I did a circuit of 5 exercises and I repeated it a total of 4 times with little rest time between each set, except for the last one, to be able to do it I took a little more than five minutes because I felt that I was not going to make it, however the other 3 if I fulfilled them to the letter, this time I trained at night because I got home late, plus I have the hope that I sleep much earlier due to exhaustion.
