    Esta vez vamos a utilizar el bastón para trabajar los grupos musculares de la espalda, trabajar sin peso no es muy efectivo si lo que queremos es lograr masa muscular, pero si sera útil para tonificar pues lo importante para ello es trabajar con poca carga y muchas repeticiones, en principio no se me ocurrian ejercicios para lograr esto con el bastón, pero luego de pensar en lo que hago normalmente en el gimnasio se me ocurrieron un par más.

    Lo importante al trabajar la espalda de esta forma es aplicar fuerza a la herramienta que usamos, ya sea una toalla o en este caso un palo de escoba... Aplicar tensión, como si quisieramos quebrarlo a la mitad pues de este modo añadiremos dificultad a los movimientos (pues esta claro que son muy faciles). La tecnica es vital para que el trabajo valga la pena, debes sentir que los musculos realmente estan respondiendo al ejercicio.

    The important thing when working the back in this way is to apply force to the tool we use, whether it is a towel or in this case a broomstick.... Apply tension, as if we wanted to break it in half, because in this way we will add difficulty to the movements (as it is clear that they are very easy). The technique is vital for the work to be worthwhile, you must feel that the muscles are really responding to the exercise.

    Haremos todo en circuito repitiendo durante un minuto cada ejercicios a exepción de remo en el suelo y peso muerto (el último ejercicio del video) pues estos los haremos por repeticiones, en mi caso me plantee hacer 30 rep de cada uno.

    We will do everything in circuit repeating for one minute each exercise except for rowing on the floor and dead weight (the last exercise in the video) as these will do them for repetitions, in my case I raised to do 30 reps of each.
