Rutina de pectoral con un challenge para llegar al limite

    Volvemos pero esta vez dejamos de lado el cardio, trabajaremos con una rutina sencilla de pectoral, como siempre organizamos el entrenamiento en circuito y al finalizar vamos a añadir un challengepara terminar realmente agotados, probablemente has visto el reto antes: "bring sally up challenge", consiste en hacer flexiones durante poco màs de 3 minutos subiendo y bajando cuando la canción lo indique.

    Importa la efectividad, hacer los movimientos correctamente por lo cual aquí si puedes aumentar un poco el tiempo de descanso entre cada set y claro, añadir algunos segundos entre ejercicios, si es posible llenar un bolso con peso o utilizar algún lastre sera mejor nuestro entrenamiento, el objetivo es lograr una hipertrofia utilizando el peso de nuestro cuerpo, podemos repetir el circuito al menos 4 veces y finalizar con el reto.

    Intentare hacer esto semanalmente, para ver si logro progresar en cuanto a resistencia, pues como les he contado estos ultimos meses he estado trabajando más con pesas en el gym, lo que da menos fuerza funcional a comparación de la calistenia.
