    El gym sigue cerrado, al parecer si tomaran toda la semana, entonces debo buscar alternativas para seguir entrenando y no perder el buen ritmo que he llevado ultimamente... Hoy toca pecho y triceps, lo que se puede hacer facilmente sin pesas o algunas maquina de poleas, tengo la fortuna de tener una barra fija cerca de casa así que no tengo excusas,organice un circuito corto con ejercicios basicos.

    Consta de apenas cinco ejercicios, el ultimo es un pequeño bonus en cada set que realizaremos al fallo, en mi caso fue flexiones explosivas, pero se puede agregar cualquier otro que aumente un poco la dificultad. Debemos realizar el mayor número de repeticiones que nuestro cuerpo nos permita, en mi caso fueron entre 20 y 10 reps y un total de 4 sets.

    Como siempre intenta mantener al minimo el tiempo de descanso entre cada set, no dejes descansar por mucho tiempo el musculo si lo que estas buscando es tonificar.
