    Hoy el gym cerró por temas familiares del dueño, así que perdí el viaje hasta allá, esperemos que no extiendan toda la semana porque realmente estoy aferrado al a idea de ir todos los días entre semana. Sin embargo no perdí del todo mi día, ya que no trabaje con pesas hoy, opte por hacer abdomen que es de mis grupos musculares menos favoritos.
