Les saludan Michael y Lisa, contentos de estar una vez más compartiendo con ustedes nuestras recetas. En esta ocasión prepararemos y degustaremos unos apetitosos Cachitos.

Cachitos, es un pan con una textura suave y sabor dulce-salado, relleno de jamón cortado en pequeños cuadritos. Ésta es otra de las recetas venezolanas que nos encanta degustar y que hoy decidimos preparar por primera vez en casa. Además, es una de esas recetas que te trasladan a la infancia, aquellos tiempos en los que pasabas con tus padres por la panadería y te compraban ese rico desayuno que constaba de un delicioso cachito y una malta bien fría.

Antes de preparar esta receta investigamos un poco, y aplicamos algunos trucos para que la masa nos quedara bien suavecita, como por ejemplo licuar los ingredientes líquidos y luego incorporarlos a los ingredientes secos.

Esta receta ha sido preparada con mucho cariño para ustedes y el resultado ha sido realmente increíble.

Greetings Michael and Lisa, happy to be once again sharing with you our recipes. This time we will prepare and taste some appetizing Cachitos.

Cachitos, is a bread with a soft texture and sweet-salty flavor, filled with ham cut in small squares. This is another Venezuelan recipe that we love to taste and that today we decided to prepare for the first time at home. It is also one of those recipes that take you back to your childhood, those times when you used to go to the bakery with your parents and they would buy you that delicious breakfast consisting of a delicious cachito and a cold malt.

Before preparing this recipe, we did some research and applied some tricks to make the dough smooth, such as liquefying the liquid ingredients and then adding them to the dry ingredients.

This recipe has been prepared with a lot of love for you and the result has been really incredible.
