Les saludan Michael y Lisa, contentos de estar una vez más compartiendo con ustedes nuestras recetas. En esta ocasión preparamos:

Flan de Mango🥭

Y se preguntarán por qué colocamos en la portada "experimento fallido", esto porque no nos sentimos muy convencidos del resultado. Por un momento pensamos en no publicar la receta, pero luego concordamos en que no todo es perfecto y muchas veces las cosas salen bien después de un par de ensayos y errores en la cocina. Por lo que hoy les compartimos una receta que según nuestro criterio no ha sido la mejor pero que con un par de intentos más podemos mejorar. Además les dejamos en el video algunas recomendaciones a tomar en cuenta para mejorar la receta.

And you may wonder why we put on the cover "failed experiment", this because we do not feel very convinced of the result. For a moment we thought about not publishing the recipe, but then we agreed that not everything is perfect and many times things turn out well after a couple of trials and errors in the kitchen. So today we share with you a recipe that according to our criteria has not been the best but with a couple of more attempts we can improve it. We also leave in the video some recommendations to take into account to improve the recipe.
