Your new best friend might be a machine.. lolol

The video is a longer one, (15 minutes) but oh. my. gosh.

I was in heaven today. HEAVEN.
I started out feeling sick and sore and just miserable.

Then I thought - hmmm let me try to go back to sleep, but FIRST... let me try that new machine.

And then???

I have never felt my body feel so euphoric, so warm, so tingly and so relaxed. This machine is like... worth its weight in gold. And you don't have to feel bad for extending it longer and longer and longer... it's a machine! It doesn't get sore or bored or angry or exhausted LOL

I MIGHT have gone a little too long though - because "too much of a good thing" - and I think I started to feel sick because of it???

But I paused - drank some water (lots) and I think that really helped.

so what am I talking about? your new best friend.
