Fruit Juices are common type of beverage today. They have have been around for as long as we know.
They have also been commonly compared ro be more nutritious and beneficial than Soda Drinks and Alcoholic Drinks.
While the above assertion may be true to some extent, how exactly safe and nutritious are they?
Do they contribute any health hazards or implications?
How much of fruit juices should you be taking?
There is also this ever continuing comparison of fruit juices with raw fruits.
Some say fruit juices are more nutritious while others say otherwise.
But can they really replace the good old fruits that our ancestors as far back as man existed have always known and consumed?
Did you even know the actual constituents of the juices you consume?
Have you bothered reading up about the ingredients?
And did you know that the flesh of fruits also have great good they can contribute to your Gastrointestinal system?
Does juice cleansing really do any much to the body?
You're probably hungry for answers to these questions.
While this video is non-exhaustive, I've tried to answer some of these questions and provide some perspective to how you should see fruits and fruit juices.
