El Barcelona ha sido un equipo el cual se identifica por tener jugadores de la Masia y llevarlos al primer equipo o bueno eso es lo que solía hacer y se ha perdido un poco esas raíces.

Hola comunidad de FullDeportes, hoy les estaré hablando un poco sobre algo muy preocupante o al menos eso es lo que yo siento que está sucediendo en el Barcelona acerca de la formación de la Masia, seguro muchos de ustedes recuerdan aquel Barcelona de muchos años atrás, si nos vamos a la temporada 12-13 el equipo titular tenía diez jugadores que todos se formaron en la masía, actualmente el equipo titular que jugo su último partido contra el Rayo Vallecano tan solamente tuvo cuatro jugadores que fueron formados en la masía, el fútbol ha cambiado mucho, ¿pero por qué el Barcelona ha dejado de sacar esos talentos que se solían formar en las inferiores y luego dar el siguiente paso al primer equipo?.

La respuesta es simple entre la temporada 2018-2020 el Barcelona B contaba con una gran plantilla con jugadores como Alex Collado que actualmente está cedido en el Elche y Ferran Jutglà que fue vendido al Brujas de Bélgica, y la lista es muy larga el problema viene que al tener una plantilla tan amplia los entrenadores no le dan minutos a estos jugadores y ellos deciden marcharse a un club donde puedan tener minutos, es cierto que cada temporada podemos encontrar a un talento como paso con Ansu Fati y Gavi, pero poco a poco se están buscando más jugadores en el mercado que recurrir a jugadores que están esperando para dar el salto al primer equipo, seguramente de cinco jugadores del Barcelona B talvez dos se queden en el primer equipo, pero ya es un gran paso contar con estos jugadores que fueron formados y que tienen la idea de juego y seguramente se adaptarían más rápido que algún jugador que venga de otro equipo, la clave está en darles confianza.

Jugadores como Cucurella que están en el Chelsea y Sergio Gómez que fue fichado por el Manchester City han sido laterales izquierdos que han pasado por el club y se han marchado sin tener oportunidad en mi parecer un grave error, seguramente si alguno de ellos se les hubiera dado oportunidad, no se tuviera tantos problemas a nivel defensivo y no se tendría que recurrir a ir al mercado.
