I ride my bike again after 3 weeks

Bueno gente como les voy a comentar ahora este es mi video numero 135, después de mucho tiempo sin estar activo en esta comunidad por decisiones propias, en palabras más resumidas prefería ir a jugar al básquet y disfrutar los días que estar en hive. No lo hago para hablar mal de la comunidad solo que es mi manera de vivir, así que lo por tanto reduje la cantidad de artículos que subía y además deje de buscar a Luke en CTP por una semana.

Actualmente puedo salir a montar mi bicicleta sin ningún ya que me recupere de una vieja lesión de tobillo que tuve 3 semanas atrás, por el momento sigo presentando algunas secuelas como: no puedo saltar ni pisar con fuerza.

Las ventajas es que sigo con los tratamientos de rehabilitación y el médico me enseña unos ejercicios para fortalecer y recuperar lo máximo posible la movilidad del pie.

Currently I can go out to ride my bicycle without any since I am recovering from an old ankle injury that I had 3 weeks ago, at the moment I still have some sequelae such as: I cannot jump or stomp.

The advantages are that I continue with the rehabilitation treatments and the doctor teaches me some exercises to strengthen and recover the mobility of the foot as much as possible.
