    Heute bin ich erst Nachmittag um 3 los. Ich wollte mal bei absoluter Ebbe schwimmen. Irgendwie habe ich das bisher verpasst. Es war am Ende nicht so eine gute Entscheidung, ich bin in eine Strömung nach draußen geraten und musste fast eine Viertelstunde sogar die Hände benutzen, um wieder"sicheres" Gewässer zu erreichen. Aber ich will ja Sport.
