    Walking 10,000 steps a day won't make you fit or slim and some people walk many times that anyway.
    But walking 10,000 steps at a time, no matter how fast, is 90 minutes that you have all to yourself, where nothing disturbs you, where nobody wants anything from you. And that's worth it.

    10000 Schritte am Tag mach dich nicht fit oder schlank und mancher läuft ein Vielfaches sowieso.
    Aber 10000 Schritte am Stück gehen, egal wie schnell, sind 90 Minuten, die du ganz für dich alleine hast, wo dich nichts stört, wo niemand was von dir will. Und das ist es wert.
