Today I bring you a cool video that I wanted to make showing you what we are preparing in the dance school @yoysalseros; as you may have seen in one of my previous videos, I danced on stage in the Salsa en Linea style in couple with @dimeshana, but this time we are putting together something totally different, a male style of Salsa.

Some time ago we had the conversation between me and my Salsa Casino teachers to put together a male style choreography because since I've been studying at Yoy Salseros I've never seen a choreography of that kind, so we decided to dare the challenge and see how it goes.

The most interesting thing of all is that I was proposed to exercise before starting to create the choreography, and to be honest, I'm totally out of shape, I haven't exercised in a disciplined way for a year and a half or so, so my expectations were not very good, however, everything went very well.

The director of the school called Yrving (the one with the green cap) is one of the teachers of Salsa Casino, he conditioned all the space so we could do the conditioning work with weight, it was too epic how he explained the routines to do them and be ready to dance in the best way.

This choreography requires a lot of strength in the arms and in the body in general because we want to do many powerful things that will not work if we do not have a toned body, so, here begins a new style and a new flow in Yoy Salseros, then I will update you, besides, it may come an interesting physical change in me too.

¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy les traigo un vídeo genial que quería hacer mostrándoles lo que estamos preparando en la escuela de baile @yoysalseros; como habrán visto en uno de mis vídeos anteriores, bailé en tarima en el estilo de Salsa en Línea en pareja junto a @dimeshana, pero en esta ocasión estamos montando algo totalmente diferente, un estilo masculino de Salsa.

Hace tiempo tuvimos la conversación entre mis profesores de Salsa Casino y yo para montar una coreografía de estilo masculino porque desde que estudio en Yoy Salseros nunca he visto una coreografía de ese tipo, así que decidimos atrevernos al reto a ver qué tal.

Lo más interesante de todo es que me propusieron el hacer ejercicio antes de comenzar a crear la coreografía, y siendo sincero, estoy totalmente fuera de forma, no he hecho ejercicio de forma disciplinada desde hace un año y medio más o menos, así que mis expectativas no eran muy buenas, sin embargo, todo salió muy bien.

El director de la escuela llamado Yrving (el de gorra verde) es uno de los profesores de Salsa Casino, él acondicionó todo el espacio para que pudiéramos hacer el trabajo de acondicionamiento con peso, fue demasiado épico el cómo nos explicó las rutinas para hacerlas y estar listos para bailar de la mejor manera.

Esta coreografía amerita mucha fuerza en los brazos y en el cuerpo en general porque queremos hacer muchas cosas potentes que no servirán si no tenemos el cuerpo tonificado, así que, aquí comienza un nuevo estio y un nuevo flow en Yoy Salseros, luego les iré actualizando, además, puede que se venga un cambio físico interesante también en mí.

Final Words

I love too much to be starting to improve my physical health because I have neglected it too much for a long time, so I can't waste any more time, I must get back to the fact of exercising, eating better than I do and sleeping more so that my health is at its peak to continue growing in the world of dance.
