Saludos a todos, primero me gustaría comentar que la última semana ha sido muy ajetreada para mi pues pasó mi cumpleaños y con él muchas sorpresas, desde visitas varias momentos agradables y sorpresas.

El concierto

Pero previo a mi cumpleaños tuve el compromiso de presentarme en vivo con mi proyecto solista Enhok en una sala de Barcelona, dicho evento se tituló la noche oscura, donde compartí tarima con bandas locales como Mr Misael y los atormentados y Sublocal-z.

Muchos equipos y solo una persona

A pesar de que el formato es un playback y dos integrantes (Bajista y vocalista) suelo llevar una maleta y una mochila llena de equipos, desde pedales de efectos para mi voz, pasando por la computadora para los playbacks y la interface de sonido no solo para la reproducción de las pistas sino para la grabación del audio, de esta manera puedo traer una grabación de buena calidad a las redes sociales y así pueden escuchar bien como fue la experiencia del concierto.

La iluminación

Por otro lado debo decir que las condiciones de iluminación del local no eran las mejores, de hecho no había ninguna iluminación pàra el escenario, básicamente contaba con las luces generales, un punto fallido pues la cámara de video con toda la apertura de Iris no pudo captar bien las imágenes y hasta se nota un efecto de sombras pero si lo vemos a nivel conceptual y no te marea mucho pues está muy oscuro y tenebroso LOL.

El tema que les traigo es un cover de una de mis bandas más influyentes en mi música, el tema se titula “The Noose” de la banda “A perfect Circle”. Espero que lo disfruten

La pista la hice desde cero, escuchando a detalle la canción múltiples veces y grabando con mi controlador midi nota por nota cada instrumento pues no me gusta usar midis ni el recurso de “Quitar la voz” a las canciones pues es un efecto que degrada mucho la calidad del sonido. Por esto comparto este cover, por todo el trabajo que me tomó hacer la pista desde cero y por la interpretación en vivo.

Debo decir que me sorprendió encontrar a oído tantos arreglos sutiles y elaborados en las guitarras, mucho uso de reverberaciones y delays que hacen parecer que las guitarras son otro tipo de instrumento mucho más etéreo. Hacer esta pista me permitió apreciar aún más un tema que me gusta muchísimo y por lo tanto ahora me parece una genialidad de canción.

Greetings to all, first I would like to comment that the last week has been very busy for me because my birthday has passed and with it many surprises, from visits to several pleasant moments and surprises.

But before my birthday I had the commitment to perform live with my solo project Enhok in a venue in Barcelona, this event was called the dark night, where I shared the stage with local bands like Mr Misael y los atormentados and Sublocal-z.

Too much equipment and only one person

Although the format is a playback and two members (bassist and vocalist) I usually carry a suitcase and a backpack full of equipment, from effects pedals for my voice, the computer for the playbacks and the sound interface not only for the playback of the tracks but for the audio recording, this way I can bring a good quality recording to social networks and so you can hear well how was the concert experience.

The lighting

On the other hand I must say that the lighting conditions of the venue were not the best, in fact there was no lighting for the stage, basically had the general lights, a failed point because the video camera with all the opening of Iris could not capture the images well and even a shadow effect is noticed but if we see it at a conceptual level and not much dizzy because it is very dark and scary LOL.

The track I bring you is a cover of one of my most influential bands in my music, the track is called "The Noose" from the band "A perfect Circle". I hope you enjoy it.

I made the track from scratch, listening to detail the song multiple times and recording with my midi controller note by note each instrument because I don't like to use midis or the resource of "Removing the voice" to the songs because it is an effect that degrades the sound quality. That's why I share this cover, for all the work it took me to make the track from scratch and for the live performance.

I must say that I was surprised to hear so many subtle and elaborated arrangements in the guitars, a lot of reverb and delays that make it seem that the guitars are another type of instrument, much more ethereal. Doing this track allowed me to appreciate even more a song that I like very much and therefore now I think it's a great song.
