We end with Congress and Tom Emmer literally destroying him.

Gary Gensler who had offered himself as an advisor to Binance, as the crypto exchange's lawyers argue, an increasingly critical situation for a man who, whether he acted on his own initiative or not, still remains responsible for his actions.
