Mi progreso en el gimnasio [ESP-ENG Subtitled]

Los días pasa muy rápido y ya van más de cuatro meses desde que ingrese el gimnasio, donde he logrado superar muchos objetivos, tener un mejor progreso, sentirme orgulloso de mí mismo y sobre todo dar lo mejor cada día. Cuatro meses que he sentido cambios y he logrado entrenar con nuevos pesos en los diferentes ejercicios que hago y es algo que nunca me espere, sin duda con la constancia y dedicación de ir cada semana, iniciando de lunes a viernes y dedicándole más de una hora a cada entrenamiento se ha logrado y lo mejor de todo es que entreno con mi hermano y entre ambos nos apoyamos y nos permite siempre estar desafinadnos.

The days go by very fast and it's been more than four months since I joined the gym, where I have managed to overcome many goals, have a better progress, feel proud of myself and above all give the best every day. Four months that I have felt changes and I have managed to train with new weights in the different exercises I do and it is something that I never expected, no doubt with perseverance and dedication to go every week, starting Monday through Friday and devoting more than an hour to each workout has been achieved and best of all is that I train with my brother and between the two of us we support each other and allows us to always be out of tune.
