#22kill push up challenge - Day 7

22 kill push up challenge has come to day 7. If you do watch my video, you will notice sometimes I can do it effortlessly, sometimes I will have to suffer. Not because I progress fast, it is due to may arm position that focus on different part of my arm muscles. If you notice I can do effortlessly 22 counts nonstop, that's because my arms are wide open and I can leveraged more on my forearm and have less stress to my biceps and chest. That however, the trade is having a wider angle of joint flex to my elbow. And if you see me struggle to get the reps, that's because I'm lining my arms close to my chest.

Let's go back to my daily rant. Despite I'm a very positive person, but I tend to rant a lot. I know I can't have all the good things coming my way, but I just want to comment on it and make it a big deal. Well, what can I say. I'm the person who likes to make noise. The above picture were taken at the computer shop when I went and collect both of my laptop computers. Fortunately, both of my lappy survived. The only thing didn't survive was a 320GB hard drive, which now being replaced by a 240GB SSD. Paid RM440 for both computer fixed, I really shouldn't complain anymore. That's like $100 to fix 2 computers.

Lately, home minister seems a little weak as she's not been felling too well. Not like I wanna ditch her at home, but she's not felling well and there's no other reason I don't take the kids out, so I did.

I don't know if you guys eat soft boil eggs. It's a thing in my country, and probably Thailand does the same too. I remember I had one of my best soft-boiled eggs in Hatyai couple of years back. According to some crazy Asian old thinking, we eat the shape in order to fuel the part of our body. If you got weak lungs, eat a cow lung. If you have weak intestine, eat some pork intestine. And softboil egg somehow resembles a male sex organ, so now you know why 2 eggs insted of 1 or 3 🤣

Ok I don't really believe in those traditional saying. I myself don't care, because I know my stomach view these as good, and that's all that matter. I got myself a bowl of curry noodle.

Dinner was at the Sushi Zanmai. I got myself a simple garlic fried rice and a cup of steam egg chawanmushi. After the steam egg arrived, then only I remembered I ate 2 eggs earlier. So, more than 2 eggs in a day, will the eggs five me trouble?
