#22kill push up challenge - Day 1

I have done this push up challenge coupke of years ago when i was still in decently good shape.

Fast forward ro 2020 when i quite smoking, one of the major set back for me is not only how hard to stay clean from cigarettes, but at the same time Ive develooed itchy mouth. So i ate a lot more and started to become lazy.

Since its November, I have decided to take this 22 days to perform #22kill push up challenge, one thing is to keep me motivated, and also keep my spirit high.

There's a lot of rules going on with this challenge and i dont think there will be any sponsor for us. So, i will be doing this purely for fun. i am also exploring the possibility of donating my HBD earnings away.
