This dude can cut and he's cool 😎💈✂️

It's been long overdue for me to start going to a new barbershop. There are two different ones within walking distance of where I live and I have just always gone to one over the other. At last, I have given the other shop a chance and it was one of the best decisions ever. Let me explain why.

I dropped by The Crowned King Styling Lounge and that is where I met my soon-to-be new barber Meche Law. Right away I noticed the guy was very personable and I loved how the shop's design was dedicated to NBA and mostly Kobe Bryant stuff. That first impression alone told me I had been going to the wrong place for the last two years.

I wasn't able to get a walk-in on Friday when I came through, but he booked me for his earliest slot the following morning at 9 am sharp. I arrived promptly and then we got to work.

He not only did an amazing job with my hair and beard, but we also just got along great. We share a lot in common when it comes to our love for basketball and good hip-hop music. We ended up listening to all of this album called "Escape From New York" featuring Flatbush Zombies and many other Brooklyn natives aka Beast Coast.

Meche and the other folks in the shop had never heard of my favorite rapper Meechy Darko of FBZ and I know they were feeling his sound once we started playing it through the speakers. They must have been shocked to find out that I had some good taste in music like that and I hope they will continue to dive deeper into Flatbush Zombies' discography. I recommend starting with "BetterOffDead".

There is a lot of dope stuff in today's video. I've got before and after shots of my hairstyle and beard, some music samples, and lots of entertaining stories about my first time getting to chill with and be cut by my new barber Mr. Meche Law. Thanks for being such a cool and professional guy man!
