En el año 1938 en los bares de new Orleans diferentes humoristas fueron implementando una forma de abordar la melodía de manera libre emitiendo silabas sin significado lo que llamamos comúnmente tararear algo y esa forma se llamo Scat implementándose sobre todo en el Jazz.

In 1938 in the bars of New Orleans different humorists were implementing a way of approaching the melody in a free way emitting syllables without meaning what we commonly call humming something and that way was called Scat being implemented mainly in Jazz.
