Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis President James Bullard predicted the U.S. unemployment rate may hit 30% in the second quarter. What does that actually mean in terms of numbers of people? It turns out to be somewhere between 47 million and 61 million unemployed, which is 3X the number of people unemployed compared with The Great Depression.
