Hola gente de @Motherhood hace tiempo que no me paseaba por aqui, pero paso por este medio para dejar mi contenido que elabore para mostrarles unos ejercicios que he iniciado con la intension de mantenerme en forma y saludable. Como principiante no voy a esforzarme, creo que para iniciar 3 ejercicio distintos con 3 series de 10 repeticiones es suficiente. Los invito a disfrutar de este video por mi canal de @threespek; donde iniciare con sentadillas normales, luego 10 sentadillas estilo zumo y para finalizar completare con grifos de lado a lado, espero les guste.
Hello @Motherhood people, it's been a while since I've been here, but I'm here to leave my content that I created to show you some exercises that I've started with the intention of keeping fit and healthy. As a beginner I'm not going to make an effort, I think that to start 3 different exercises with 3 sets of 10 repetitions is enough.
