A smoothie is a thick beverage made from blended raw fruit or vegetables with other ingredients such as water, ice, or sweeteners.
Banana Oats smoothie is very easy to prepare and healthy.
You can prepare for breakfast.
Here we used soy milk, but any plant-based milk can be used to make it.
For sweetener we used sugar but any natural sweetener of your choice can be used or you can make without sweetener also. If dates are available, it is the best choice for this smoothie.
