Gram flour dumpling or called Basen ke Gatte in Hindi is a traditional dish of the western state of India Rajasthan. Rajasthan is a water-deprived state so green vegetables are not easily available in the summer season. To solve this problem there are so many dishes developed in Rajasthan which do not require green vegetables.
Besan Ke Gatte is also one of them. It is made by gram flour and various spices.
Most of the dairy curd also added in the gravy so here I used vegan peanut curd to make it vegan.
