About :
Idli is a South Indian dish but popular all over India. It can be prepared for any meal.
Traditional Idli is prepared by a fermented batter of rice and lentil which is a long process.
Sometimes when we don't have time for the pre-cooking preparation we can make it instant also.
Here I made it with semolina and various spices added.
