Es un honor poder participar en este festival, y más viendo la cantidad de músicos tan talentosos que guarda la colmena. Se vuelve un verdadero compromiso estar presente, ya que el nivel de exigencia se vuelve incluso mayor, no solo por lo que representa dicho festival, hay que recalcar el gran compromiso de cada uno de los participantes.

Aquí nadie se lo toma a la ligera, lo que pude apreciar en las tres primeras semanas del festival y ahora en esta segunda parque que inicia con la cuarta semana, es que todos son unos duros en lo que hacen y lo hacen con el corazón.

Podría incluso admitir que esto se ha vuelto un verdadero reto en el que quiero estar presente. Como artistas, siempre buscamos superarnos a nosotros mismos, innovar y evolucionar. En el mundo hay muchas personas con un don extraordinario, la tecnología se ha terminado por convertir en una herramienta donde se pueden descubrir y dar a conocer esos jóvenes prodigios, una herramienta que hay que aprender a utilizar de manera responsable, para muestra de ello, la evolución de la web con Hive Blog.

It is an honor to be able to participate in this festival and even more so given the number of talented musicians that the hive holds. It becomes a real commitment to be present, as the level of demand becomes even higher, not only because of what the festival represents but also because of the great commitment of each of the participants.

Nobody here takes it lightly, what I could appreciate in the first three weeks of the festival and now in this second park that starts with the fourth week, is that everyone is hard at what they do and they do it with heart.

I might even admit that this has become a real challenge that I want to be a part of. As artists, we are always looking to better ourselves, innovate, and evolve. In the world there are many people with extraordinary gift, technology has ended up becoming a tool where these young prodigies can be discovered and made known, a tool that we must learn to use responsibly, for example, the evolution of the web with Hive Blog.

Si están leyendo esto y efectivamente escuchando mi video, es porque corrí con algo de suerte y no se me fue la luz ni el internet. El video finalmente lo terminé de editar el martes 8 de este mes por la noche, debido a la hora y compromisos, debía descansar, pero ya el día miércoles 9, al llegar a casa de trabajar, me encontré sin luz hasta el 10 a las 6:00 pm que fue cuando esta volvió.

Sí, la verdad es que es una odisea contar con los servicios al día acá en Venezuela, pero se hace lo que se puede con lo que se tiene. Admiro a todos los que hacen vida en Hive y son de Venezuela porque entiendo por todo lo que pasan y cuando dicen: "estoy sin luz o por mi casa se robaron el cable de CANTV", eso sin contar cualquier percance, pero a pesar de todo aquí estan la mayor parte del tiempo haciendo comunidad, dándole vida a estos espacios.

Para esta primera ronda he querido traer algo diferente al estilo que suelo grabar, esta vez se trata de una canción de Billie Eilish, Bad Guy tiene un ritmo bastante pegajoso y su letra aunque un poco grotesca a mi parecer; guarda cierto encanto que define muy bien lo que podría yo llamar un chico malo o chica en su caso.

La primera vez que escuche a Billie Eilish fue en un duo que hizo con Khalid, este se llama "Lovely" y realmente me encantó todo, su letra, el videoclip que debo admitir, su grupo creativo se lo toma todo muy en serio porque son brutales.

If you are reading this and indeed listening to my video, it's because I was lucky and I didn't lose power or internet. I finally finished editing the video on Tuesday night, the 8th of this month, due to time and commitments, I had to rest, but on Wednesday the 9th, when I got home from work, I found myself without electricity until the 10th at 6:00 pm when it came back on.

Yes, the truth is that it is an ordeal to have the services up to date here in Venezuela, but you do what you can with what you have. I admire all those who make life in Hive and are from Venezuela because I understand what they go through when they say: "I'm without electricity or the CANTV cable was stolen in my house", not to mention any other mishap, despite everything they are here most of the time making community, giving life to these spaces.

For this first round, I wanted to bring something different to the style I usually record, this time it's a song by Billie Eilish, Bad Guy has a pretty catchy rhythm, and its lyrics although a bit grotesque in my opinion; keep a certain charm that defines very well what I could call a bad boy or girl in her case.

The first time I heard Billie Eilish was in a duet she did with Khalid, this one is called "Lovely" and I loved it all, her lyrics, and the video clip which I must admit, her creative group takes it all very seriously because they are brutal.

No me quisiera despedir sin antes agradecer y felicitar a @edwardstobia por esta tremenda propuesta que es ahora una realidad, aunque entiendo ya es un proyecto de hace un tiempo, espero pronto salga a las calles, que los artistas que hacen vida acá tengan la oportunidad de regalar a todos ese gran talento y aunque aquí ya se han roto barreras, de algún modo se abra la puerta a que Hive siga siendo reconocida, como una de las primeras plataformas en romperla en la web3, de la mano de tantos prodigios.

De igual modo agradezco a @eugelys porque para mí representa el orden de todo este festival, una intérprete maravillosa que frecuentemente nos deleita con su bella voz acompañada de su guitarra y por supuesto al gran @ilazramusic, cantautor y portavoz de Hive Blog a donde vaya, sin duda un excelente ejemplo a seguir.

Perdonen si me he extendido un poco en los agradecimientos y palabras de elogio, esto por ser mi primera participación oficialmente en el festival es menester para mí no omitirlo.

El separador que he usado para esta participación lo tomé de la publicación oficial del Festival hecho por Edward, le hice una breve personalización eliminando el fondo y haciendo una mezcla con el separador que suelo usar para mis demás presentaciones para darle un toque un poco más personal. De igual modo el logo usado para el video fue sacado de la misma publicación, a continuación les dejo el enlace para que conozcan todos los detalles de como participar aquí esperando escucharlos pronto si aún no se han animado a participar.

Ahora sí me despido, agradeciendo llegaran hasta aquí, eso ya es suficiente para mí y es el apoyo que realmente me llena de satisfacción. I would not like to say goodbye without first thanking and congratulating @edwardstobia for this tremendous proposal that is now a reality, although I understand it is already a project of some time ago, I hope it will soon go out to the streets, that the artists who make life here have the opportunity to give everyone that great talent and although barriers have already been broken here, somehow it opens the door for Hive to continue to be recognized as one of the first platforms to break it on the web3, with the help of so many prodigies.

I would also like to thank @eugelys because for me she represents the order of this whole festival, a wonderful performer who frequently delights us with her beautiful voice accompanied by her guitar and of course the great @ilazramusic, singer-songwriter, and spokesperson for Hive Blog wherever she goes, without a doubt an excellent example to follow.

Forgive me if I've gone on a bit too long in the acknowledgments and words of praise, this being my first official participation in the festival, I mustn't omit it.

The separator I have used for this participation I took from the official publication of the Festival made by Edward, I made a brief customization eliminating the background and making a mix with the separator that I usually use for my other presentations to give it a more personal touch.
