    Hola amigos de Hive y SWC, esta es una rutina completa para quemar grasa abdominal con ejercicios variados que influyen en cada zona necesaria para el objetivo. ¡Empecemos!

    Primer ejercicio
    First Exercise


    Empezamos con leg raises en el suelo, realiza las elevaciones con tus piernas estiradas y apretando el abdomen. 4 sets de 8 reps cada.
    Starting with leg raises on the floor, perform the lifts with your legs straight and tightening your abs. 4 sets of 8 reps each

    Segundo ejercicio
    Second Exercise

    Para el segundo ejercicio haremos laterales o crunch cruzado, colócate en posición y ligeramente levanta tu torso hasta comprimir el abdomen y rota la cintura y toca con tus manos los talones del pie así 4 sets de 10 reps cada uno.
    For the second exercise we will do laterals or cross crunch, get in position and slightly lift your torso to compress the abdomen and rotate the waist and touch with your hands the heels of the foot so 4 sets of 10 reps each.

    Tercer ejercicio
    Third exercise

    Para el tercer ejercicio vas a realizar plancha horizontal, se refiere al mismo ejercicio estático solo que te apoyaras con solo un brazo y de lado, recuerda mantener una postura recta, 4 sets de 10 segundos de cada lado.
    For the third exercise you are going to perform horizontal plank, it refers to the same static exercise only that you will be supported with only one arm and sideways, remember to maintain a straight posture, 4 sets of 10 seconds on each side.

    Cuarto ejercicio
    Fourth exercise

    Cuarto ejercicio, para finalizar haremos tijeras abdominales, en el suelo realiza cruces repetitivos con tus piernas a una velocidad neutra, 4 sets llegando hasta al fallo.
    Fourth exercise, to finish we will do abdominal scissors, on the floor perform repetitive crosses with your legs at a neutral speed, 4 sets reaching failure.

    Si deseas aplanar tu abdomen esta rutina es la indicada para ti ya que trabaja todas las partes del abdomen, recuerda mantener una dieta sin grasas malas para evitar el incremento de grasa. Sin más que agregar nos vemos en un próximo post.
