Howdy, Hivers. It is sometimes difficult to define which is your favorite band or musical style, to determine which singer or which band you like the most is one of the most difficult things for a musician, both because being a musician there are many influences of bands and I talk about this because the Hive open mic this week is "Musical Idol" in Spanish, musical idol, and for this week 205, I made a kind of choice with slips of paper, among all those bands which one to choose. To my pleasant surprise, "Soda Estéreo" came out of that draw and

obviously any of those bands and artists would have been great, but this does not end here, and as something personal, which cover to do if there are more than 20 soda songs that are my favorites; I made another draw and "Nada Personal" won, it was really quite fun this dynamic, playing with myself in that uncertainty of knowing which cover to do and luckily for this week 205, of my greatest musical idols "Soda Estéreo" an Argentinean band that went around the world.

Que tal, Hivers. Es difícil a veces definir cuál es tu banda favorita o estilo musical, determinar cuál cantante o cual banda es la que más te gusta es una de las cosas más difíciles para un músico, tanto porque al ser músico hay muchas influencias de bandas y les hablo de esto ya que el Hive open mic de esta semana es “Musical Idol” en español, ídolo musical, y para esta semana 205, hice una especie de elección con papelitos, de entre todas esas bandas cual elegir. Para mi grata sorpresa, sale de ese sorteo “Soda Estéreo” y obviamente

cualquiera que hubiese salido de todas esas bandas y artistas hubiese sido grandioso, pero esto no termina aquí, ya como algo personal, cual cover hacer si hay más de 20 canciones de soda que son de mis favoritas; realicé otro sorteo y pues ganó “Nada Personal” realmente fue bastante divertida esta dinámica, jugar conmigo mismo en esa incertidumbre de saber que cover hacer y por suerte para esta semana 205, de mis más grandes ídolos musicales “Soda Estéreo” una banda argentina que dio la vuelta al mundo.
