    "Don't Stop Believin'"
    Journey

Hello, Hivers. Much can be said about the band that I will tell you today, not only for its music and career full of ups and downs, but also for how it was the musical reference of a generation that lived its youth between the 70's and 80's. "Journey" is a North American band created in 1973 by two members of the "Carlos Santana" band who proposed to form a band with a more melodic rock style, despite their beginnings in progressive Rock. This band had its greatest success in the early 80's with the release of their album Escape,
which contained songs like "Open Arms", "Who's Crying Now" and "Don't Stop Believin '", the latter being the most talked about and recognized by many, because it was present in many films, being part of the playlists. For his bass lines, "Journey" gave him a prominence as marked as the guitar solos, these being easily recognized for having a very unique harmonic and melodic line for the time and sincerely they are very pleasant to play.

"Don't Stop Believin '" is surely for Latin America the most listened to song due to its appearance in many North American films, forming part of those soundtracks that make us not forget the melodies, relating them to a specific moment in the film. This song in its time was one of the most talked about and is currently one of the best-selling songs in the history of iTunes. I hope you like this cover of this incredible band.

    "Don't Stop Believin'" - Journey(Cover Bass)

    Just a small town girl
    Livin' in a lonely world
She took the midnight train goin' anywhere
    Just a city boy
Born and raised in south Detroit
He took the midnight train goin' anywhere
A singer in a smoky room
A smell of wine and cheap perfume
For a smile they can share the night
It goes on and on, and on, and on
    Strangers waiting
    Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
    Streetlights, people
    Living just to find emotion
    Hiding somewhere in the night
Working hard to get my fill
    Everybody wants a thrill
Payin' anything to roll the dice
    Just one more time
Some will win, some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
    Oh, the movie never ends
It goes on and on, and on, and on
    Strangers waiting
    Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
    Streetlights, people
    Living just to find emotion
    Hiding somewhere in the night
    Don't stop believin'
    Hold on to the feelin'
    Streetlights, people
    Don't stop believin'
    Hold on
    Streetlights, people
    Don't stop believin'
    Hold on to the feelin'
    Streetlights, people
