In fact, the natural environment is always such a peaceful place where we can reduce our mental stress. You can try picking up some pessimistic poems. Most poets used to migrate more to riverside or forests to reduce their mental stress. Because the atmosphere there is calm and removes mental tension. This afternoon I had the opportunity to spend a little time in the lap of nature. Definitely felt great coming here. Paddy crops were almost cut and preparations for sowing wheat were underway. Seeing the crops of gram, mustard, pea etc. in the surrounding fields, the mind was delighted. If you have time, then definitely go to such quiet places, you will surely get peace of mind. Today I spent near about half hour in the lap of nature to ebbing out my head ache.. really enchanting atmosphere..
